Refunds (if applicable)
We strive to furnish you with the finest products, and we are prepared to replace your order for any of the following reasons: the product is defective, the quality of the print is not up to standard, or the received product differs from the one initially displayed on our site. We will use this information to investigate a replacement and avoid future errors. Our customer service team will assess your claim. If your claim is accepted, we will offer you a replacement free of charge. For all other queries, please email us at [email protected]. Our customer service team will review your request. If approved, we will provide a return address. Please note, customers bear the return and exchange shipping costs. Please wait for 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to be processed. Unauthorized returns, or returns of items that have been washed, worn, or damaged will not qualify for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account once more. Then reach out to your credit card company, as there might be some time before your refund is officially posted. Subsequently, contact your bank as there could be some processing time before a refund is posted. Unfortunately, only regularly priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for an identical item, send us an email at [email protected]. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address.
If the product was designated as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the product was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, we will process a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.
If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. The customer will be responsible for bearing the shipping costs for returning the item. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The duration it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location. If you’re returning an item worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
