Replacement Order Confirmation

Upon approval of your refund, if you choose to exchange the product, we will send you a confirmation of your replacement order within 5 business days. Please allow an additional 5 days for the order to be fulfilled, after which we will provide a new tracking number.

Refund Eligibility

Exchanges

Gifts

For items identified as gifts and directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the return value. In cases where items are not marked as gifts or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.
